Our Mission
Welcome to our sanctuary, where we provide a safe haven for abused and at-risk equines to live peacefully for the rest of their lives.
We prioritize their mental and physical well-being by embracing the Five Freedoms. Our mission also includes educating the community on improving animal-human communication to prevent mistreatment. Additionally, we are dedicated to offering a supportive educational program that equips children with coping skills to thrive, especially those with unwell siblings or parents.

We also recognize that compassion reaches beyond horses alone. Many families living with chronic illness — especially children who have a chronically ill sibling — often experience what’s sometimes called “Forgotten Syndrome,” where their emotional needs can be unintentionally overlooked.
Programs that connect people with animals and nature can offer comfort, healing, and a sense of belonging, which is why building supportive, inclusive community spaces remains an important part of our vision.
